Synchron was part of the team that was awarded the Program Management and Business Analysis Services contract for N13.

As a part of the SPA Team, Synchron will provide analysis support to OPNAV N13 for all aspects of organizational analysis, POM analysis, manpower and training requirements, the impact of acquisition and modernization programs on manpower requirements, and manpower analysis for OPNAV N1.
