Synchron will support OPNAV N9 and its responsibilities for the integration of manpower, training, sustainment, modernization, and procurement of the Navy's warfare systems. Our efforts will include on-site support encompassing all aspects of Manpower and Training Program Management, Planning and Programming cycles, Management and Strategic Communications, and Quantitative Analysis.
